An IAS who serves as a Managing Director of WBHIDCO. He currently serves as Special Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Department of Housing. He served as Director of West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Limited since June 11, 2010 until April 1, 2017. He is skilled in Policy Formulation, Governance, Smart Cities and has a strong professional expertise in city development, urban analysis and democracy.

He is trained at Harvard Business School and IMF Institute.
